三、Processing and select material requirement
(1) The cup mould of CFD filling sealing machine is made by cup sample, the
mould material is adopt LF21 density acid-proof Aluminum.
(2) All the machine adopt stainless steel 304 (frame and touch food parts all SS304),except the big stress part and heating part adopt special material
(3)Conveyor Chain:According to Standard GB/T 1243 processing of short
pitch precision roller stainless steel conveyor chain.
(4) Step box: high precision cam dividing box from Shandong Zhucheng
(5) Heating sealing: sealing is smooth and tight
(6)Cutting: Hard tooth stainless steel blade, cutter is keenness
